Gallatin Plastic Surgery is pleased to support the Gallatin Valley Food Bank and the 19th annual “Can the Griz” food drive! Can the Griz is an off-field competition between Montana State University and the University of Montana to see which school can collect the most donations for its local county food bank. Last year, 257,336 lbs of food were donated, and approximately $131,757! All of the food collected during Can the Griz remains in the Gallatin Valley and is used to support our community. When you bring your canned or dry goods to our office, we will gladly match your donation!
Some of the food bank’s most needed items are:
- Canned soup
- Canned chili
- Canned meats
- Canned fruits and vegetables
- Peanut butter
- Pasta
- Rice
- Canned or boxed meals (such as hamburger helper)
- Cereals
