One of the ways Gallatin Plastic Surgery maintains it reputation for delivering excellent care is by supporting continuing medical education among our staff. Our staff maintains all their professional licenses and certifications required. Additionally, we support those members of our staff who are pursuing additional degrees or taking on additional responsibilities to expand their medical knowledge.
Jarred McDaniel, M.D., completed a six year integrated Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery residency program before going into private practice. He trained with world-renowned surgeons, and continues to build upon that knowledge by taking CME courses, attending conferences, and staying on top of the latest research and developing technology.
Logen Nunberg, R.N., serves as our talented certified nurse injector. She is currently working on her Masters of Science in Nursing, and will become certified by the American Academy of of Nurse Practitioners.
Hannah Brown, R.N., has worked alongside Dr. McDaniel for years in the operating room. Hannah recently completed her Advanced Cardiac Life Support training, which further equips her to care for patients, both in and out of the O.R.
Shyree Veltkamp, R.M.A., already equipped with a four-year degree, went back to school to earn a degree as a Registered Medical Assistant. She continues to take courses to enhance her knowledge within the field and become cross-trained as she assists Dr. McDaniel in patient care.
Charity Michalson, our clinic supervisor, has over 15 years of experience in the medical field and supports our practice in a myriad of ways. She has trained in management as well as human resources, and is currently studying for her HRCI certification.
Savannah LaRocque, our receptionist, is the first smile you see when you walk into our clinic. Savannah is currently training in medical billing, and her assistance in this area will make the billing process even smoother for our patients. She is also pursuing her bacherlor’s degree from MSU.
