Celebrities Who Have Had Plastic Surgery

Many people do not discuss their plastic surgery journey with others, and their reasons vary: some feel insecure, others feel judged, and some simply want the privacy of keeping it to themselves. When it comes to celebrities, however, they can’t seem to escape the spotlight. We found that when celebrities did discuss their decision for plastic surgery, their stories frequently mirrored those of many of our patients. Their sentiments are heartfelt, and shared by many who feel the same frustration with their bodies. Many individuals come into our office with the similar needs and reasons for wanting plastic surgery. We treat everyone on a case-by-case basis, but we also want our patients to know that they are not alone. Rather than being judged, they are supported Dr. McDaniel and our entire staff through their journey.

Dianna Agron, from the hit TV show Glee, got a rhinoplasty in order to re-shape her nose to its original form, after breaking her nose in two different incidents!

Lisa Kudrow, from the popular TV show Friends, told The Saturday Evening Post in an interview, “I went from, in my mind, hideous, to not hideous” after having a rhinoplasty, which ended up being life changing for her. She was able to gain self confidence that she at one point didn’t have.

Kelly Rowland, former Destiny’s Child member, spoke about how her breast augmentation made her “so happy” and that she felt “complete” in an interview with People magazine. “I was hesitant about talking about it, it is a decision I made for myself. I like it, and that’s all that counts.” She later added that she sees more work in her future after breastfeeding.

Kaley Cuoco, star of The Big Bang Theory, told Cosmo that getting a breast augmentation when she turned 18 was “the best decision I ever made. I had no boobs! And it really was the best thing ever! I always felt ill-proportioned. My implants made me feel more confident in my body…”

Ariel Winter, Modern Family star, had a breast reduction at age 17. She went from size 32F to a 34D. Winter told Glamour magazine that she had many reasons to get a breast reduction such as horrible back pain, regular clothes not fitting her, and having to hide her cleavage for the TV show. “Once the surgery was completed, I can’t even explain the feeling, I was buying clothes and crying as I put them on, I was so happy. You just feel so relieved and excited. You feel like a new person…”
