When evaluating brachioplasty photos, pay particular attention to the location of scars, which should be relatively well concealed during most activities. Also note the length of the scar, which is always a trade-off between length (and how visible the scar appears) and the amount of extra skin and tightness that is able to be achieved. In most circumstances, it is better to stop the incision around the elbow despite some extra skin remaining in the forearm.
